Sellacious quickstart install difficulties

Hi,

So I had downloaded SQuickv2-Quickstart_v2.0.0-beta1, ok.
unziped, ok.
placed on my localhost, ok.
addressed with it's own domain name, ok.
mySQL db setup, ok.
mySQL db user setup, ok.
opened chrome with own domain name, ok.
chose EUR DE etc..., all ok.
enter db access details press next, not ok, no advance, no next page, no error???

I did the same with just joomla it is up and running appart from a few repairs to the sql.sql from InnoDB too MyISAM.

tried the same repair with Sellacious sql with no change to results.

so I am stuck at Point 8 of quickstart insall
any solutions?

Update, did clean install from joomla and went to install over admin-extensions-over web and got:

looked up and found some comments to leave that (known bug) and try upload:

File too big

tried install from folder with pkg_sellacious_extended_v2.0.0-beta3 :

changed php.ini for file > 2M, set mein now to 100M

trying upload again with pkg_sellacious_v2.0.0-beta3 got
