Hello,

Few weeks ago installed v1.7.3 and today I've started to use the portal but I notice that i cannot access "Product catalogue". This happened after added the first products. Can uyou help me? Thank you!

Ok, I found the issue. Not working with php v 7.4, so I've changed to 7.3 php version and now its ok.

Ok, I found the issue. Not working with PHP v 7.4, so I've changed to 7.3 PHP version and now it's ok.


Can I know how did you get this error again as you said it was fixed after PHP version change? Sellacious is not compatible with PHP 7.3, and above version. Kindly change the PHP version to 7.2.

Please find attached the error. As I said, I cannot acces the "product catalogue" area... In the backend, I cannot add new products. Thank you.
