I hope the support for this product is far and away better than the support from the original owners when the product makes its move to the new company. It was terrible for me and I actually purchased the product. So buying it wouldn't have gotten you any better support back then. Hope you got assistance somehow anyway

I don't have $249 available currently in my budget, although i do have $29 / month with a view to upgrading to a higher package in the future. My website is built using Helix Ultimate, with a template from Stackideas, with the latest Stackideas products on it, and it looks good, I don't want to change it to an older version of Helix and bootstrap, which runs slower, will just need updating down the road etc.

Is there any kind of agreement we could come to, where you would provide your latest 2.0, Helix Ultimate and bootstrap 4 compatible product, on a monthly basis. I was really impressed when i heard about your monthly payment model, but it doesn't make much sense to me to offer an outdated version on that price structure, it kind of invalidates it? Just sell your updated version with a monthly fee, for startups on an ultra low budget, this is good.
