Got an answer for this. I think sellacious not allowing to change the Super admin password. If its correct then no issues we will handle this in Joomla if not please fix it.

I just check any user can change their password through sellacious backend even superuser can change the password through sellacious, But for changing the password of superuser that user should be a superuser.

If this was your issue then it's not an issue, if not then please elaborate more we'll look into that.
