Is there a way to add a form to each product? Here's what I'm trying to build. I need to build a website for a festival that is looking for vendors. So essentially, each weekend will be a product, but attached to those products need to be a registration form so we can get details of each vendor. Is this a possibility with Sellacious?

Your requirement is very much possible with selleacious. We have seller/vendor registration form available. They can register through it and then add their listing with a product. As an admin you have control to manage those vendors and the listings.
