When you change the marketplace or multivariant config, make sure to rebuild the cache afterwords. This should fix your issue.

Thks for the help. I'm trying to do that but it gives an error "Failed to initiate the cache rebuild to run in the background."

Please check the latest file in the tmp folder of ROOT of your site, and look for the latest file with the name like s-cache-XXX-XXX.log. Please share this file.

Please look for the PHP executable path on your server or ask for server support. Now enable Sellacious Backend > Settings > Global config > Use PHP CLI, and submit the path of executable PHP.

Recache again and this should solve this issue.
