Is there a work around for finding these addresses please?
It kind of makes it very difficult to post to customers, as upon further investigation, it is not recording it anywhere!
Thankfully we were able to contact our first few customers and apologise, but it would be great to have a work around until you fix this issue.
Is there somewhere in the backend database I might be able to find it? Or is the sellacious platform completely forgetting/overwriting the fields?
