Is there a way for sellers to place the tracking order in their backend, so it automatically displays to user?

Ideally I'm wanting to tweak it so that upon seller entering their tracking number for product, showing they have sent, the funds will be released to them. But to do so, I couldn't see a area for them to enter the tracking number?
