As shown in the image attached I see that from backend it is possible to insert/modify the seller/client username.
However, I am not able to activate the possibility for them to chose the nickname during the registration.
Could you kindly explain how to activate it?

Username is selected automatically by Joomla. You can change it from Sellacious backend though. Go to user profiles and click on username. You can also find other options there like activate/block there.
