Unfortunately, No. The workaround is to set a very high Stock value and Overstock limit.

Please update the Sellacious to latest version as we have introduced new features/options.

A user can add the product into his cart for unlimited times (ignoring its available stock) if admin set the "Check Stock in Front-end" option to NO in Global Configuration under Shop Setting tab (i.e. Sellacious => Global Setting => Shop Setting => Check Stock in Front-end )
