If I open in Frontend a Category I see all Sub-Categories. But the URL is wrong (see also attachment)
The URL I see is: https://shop.website.de/index.php?view=categories&parent_id=133
but in my oppinion it has to be https://shop.website.de/index.php?view=categories&category_id=133.
If I make this change in Chrome Tools it work.
Is it my fault or a bug?

Hello Ruby,
First, these are all not SEF URLs. When you will create the Joomla for these or enable the SEF config, it will improve.
Second, since these are the subcategories, that's why the parent_id=xx is in the URL.
