For importer and cache, CLI should be enabled. Please contact your server support to enable the CLI and try again. This should be fixed after that.

Do you mean the terminal? Not quite sure what you mean by CLI? Not, i assume WP-CLI ? this is a Joomla installation?

I have just checked with my support team, and CLI is already enabled, so this has not resolved the issue.

Also, please be aware that updating the package with anything causes it to fail completely, and your web install still doesnt work

The above error was resolved, but as I already posted,(Was online with your support as well), we are unable to do an import of products. It fails with errors and nothing happens.

This is CRITICAL to resolve asap please as my client is getting furious that we cannot complete her website!
