We are not able to recreate this issue, sellacious is working fine with joomla3.9.20.
Pls share more information so that we can pin point the issue.

Contrary to what I said yesterday, the system does not quite work
Whenever I create a data record (product, seller, buyer, ...), the page with the above-mentioned error message comes back (see attached image).
Apparently this is due to some file permission or the database.

so - now I seem to have really solved the problem - amazing what such a single character can make up
the problem was with PLESK 12 - that gave me a colon ( : ) in the link to the temporary path instead of a semicolon ( ; ).
changed that and now everything seems to work ...

so now i will test the entire system for working.
