Is anyone else having issue adding products as a seller?

I've been with this script since the start and slowly it gets better but I'm losing interest now because of the lack of progression to commercial status and usability.

Please advise as I add a product and after filling in all the various sections with a save nearly everytime to avoid loss of content, nothing gats added to the catalogue or shop front or admin end?
