I want to create a separate invoice for each seller. I have enabled the separate invoice in global configuration>seller, but still getting all orders in one place. This seriously against any store privacy policy.

This configuration is for the PDFs only, and when enabled, will send the invoices in the separate pages of every seller.
This is not related to backend or frontend invoicing. This feature is not available in sellacious yet.
