I have deactivated the 'All Downloads' and 'Filewise Downloads' but they still appear in the navigation items for sellers. See attachements.

The menu you unpublished are of Sellacious back office menu while by default in sellacious menu of the left side are of System preset. If you don't want your sellers to view these menus, you can simply revoke the permission from Sellacious backend > Settings > Permissions.
