JCE Editor gives error message when trying to edit email template image or url. It says "Not authorised..."

This is a known bug and we have already notified JCE Editor developers to get it fixed. In the meanwhile, You can switch to any other editor for editing email templates. As soon as you are done, You can switch back to JCE Editor.
