Because Helix Ultimate is using different Bootstrap than Joomla, support for it will be provided in the upcoming month.
Houzz has a social recommendation, idea posting platform along with a marketplace of service and products. I will say you might have to configure things accurately and customize little bit if you want all features and modules of houzz.
