How do I change this ge locations and add in UK format?

UK is a kingdom as in the like of Great Britain is a amalgamation of countries

However England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are countries within UK

Within those countries are Counties Deveon, Cornwall, Somerset, Herefordshire etc.

Within those counties are Cities and Towns associated to postcodes and geo areas.

How can I set up to reflect the UK format?
