i've installed the last version. Installed a lang file, and selected it on the top right. But it still shows no change. Do i have to create the lang files by my own and if yes, where do i put them?

Hello Joy,
We don't have a translation of sellacious backend in other languages yet. This feature is to help you to translate your own site.
Once you install the language, click on translation beside the language name or you can go to languages > translations. You'll be redirected to the translation page. From here you can translate your site in the selected language.
