where can i manage the Product Notification emails. when and how often they are get send.
because right now it is on daily basis and this is annoying on my end. i what this as a weekly digest email or monthly.

Yes, can turn it off from the global configuration > General tab. The last option in this tab is for the notifications of product creation.
