Yes, you can change the language of sellacious administrator panel normally. To install the language go to https://www.yoursite.com/sellaicous > languages. Install the language you want and click in the translation beside the language name to translate the site.

However, in the Next version of sellacious, you'll have more than 70 languages in which you'll be able to translate your site efficiently.
