A suggestion: Your product looks good, but there are some features missing that will drive away a potential user. One of which is bulk import / export of categories and products. I see that it is available as an addon, but _I feel_ that it is an essential / basic requirement of a product. Even the 14 day premium trial does not have this feature. Again _my view_, I feel that these basic features is what that will make the user choose a product like Prestashop. I do understand that you require revenues to keep the development going, but crippling a new product just drives away a new user. Again my views.
