Can we have some more information about the issue? and the sellacious version you are using?

The backend settings permissions are not accessible. All from guest to sellers when selected are link to 404 error.

version is Sellacious 1.5.2-beta1

Kindly upgrade it to the latest version. in a staging environment. send us link and access of staging. After our initial testing looks like the problem is because of very old version.
