I'm looking for a way to allow a purchaser to inform the shop what charity they would like to donate to on checkout.

If you want to just take input from your purchaser, you can do this via Additional Attributes.
if you want to make effect on any cost (i.e. shipping cost, product cost, tax or discount), you need to a custom plugin for this requirement.

Hello. I mean that:
1) I log in to the seller's panel.
2) I tried to find the menu to Answer questions from users and can't find it. Such menu is not appearing. If I log as Super User I can find it but not as only seller.
Please help.

Please log in as a admin in sellacious backend and go to settings > permissions. Selet Seller and find Questions. Allow sellers to "View own" and "Edit Own". This will resolve after this.
