Hallo,

I hope you can help because after one week service disruption I give up.

Probably after php / joomla update or cache and compression testing I’ve got :

“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request............”

Part of website is still working, fault appears when open Sellacious menu item or
try log in to Sellacious back end.

I am using Akeeba backup. Also over 10 years Virtualmin to host my websites.
Virtualmin automatically backup to Amazon AWS storage every night, also before key
changes to my websites or server I back up manually..
I supposed it will be easy to restore as I did it meny times before.
I restored few times using different options and different backups files. Unsuccessful.

I tried reconfigure Apache and php. After two days totally miss configured my server.
Reinstalled fresh copy of Centos, virtualmin and php.

Installed fresh copy of Sellacious (Demo Clone) and working fine.

When restored my website from backup again can not login to backend of the store
and frontend of the store.

My questions are:

1. Any idea or previous experience with problems listed above?

2. I can restore joomla files, pictures, articles but totally no idea how to restore products.
Including variants I have over 800 products already prepared to launch and I don’t want start from scratch.
Could you please guide me how to restore products?




P.S.

Installed fresh version of "Demo Clone" and works fine. When removed sample data using
Sellacious login screen option again Internal Server Error appears.
When install fresh joomla and install "Install in Joomla" version it cause same error ;-(

Fault is related to sellacious because other websites are working fine.

Solved in my own. Router was causing problems. After upgrade website working fine.
