This is Janice Holmes & I run an small agency,

I have recently installed two factor authentication on my website, which was working fine but recently some of my customers are facing some issues of not getting the code, they try to log in using the Two Factor authentication but they aren't able to get the code on their phone, when they try to attempt the code 3-4 times then they get the code which has already been expired because of the time, so they can't use it, It's really very frustrating to have these kind of issues for anyone, Is there anybody help me out or any preferred method to fix this issue, I have also researched about two factor authentication plugins which i think is built in solution to overcome this issue.

Your suggestion would be greatly appreciated
