Me also... I cannot find the plugin in Joomla. I went to Extensions > Install and search for the following

1. sellacious additional form fields

3. sellacious additional
   
4. additional form fields sellacious
   

Can someone give me a link where I can download it?

You can find these form fields in Additional Attribute. There you can check the Product Attributes, Shipping, checkout, payment, profile form fields.

You can create the attributes with the help of this document.

After creating them make sure to add them in the category. To do that, go to Sellacious Backend > Categories > Physical/electronic Product > Create/edit a category > Custom Fields. Here you can add the core and variant fields.
