When I click on the register as a seller all it does is this:

Please check that category has selected in menu item (ie. register as seller). see screenshot.
To set the category, Go to menu manager in joomla backend and edit the menu(for seller registration), select an option in "Choose Category" dropdown field. save it.

Glad to know that your issue has been resolved.
it's depend on admin choice that in what seller category he wants to assign a particular seller as admin can create multiple categories of seller in sellacious BackOffice.

Still having issues with this.
I can login as seller, but there is no where to add products or set anything for my shop or listings etc?
Any documentation?
It's looking less likely as a commercial product without the ease of use being there for end users.

You have just to use Joomla menu items with Sellacious menu types.

You have to create a link URL menu item to go to https://yoursite.com/sellacious/ for Sellers login.

If seller can see all details of all orders, that means permissions are not correctly configured, Kindly configure seller permission from: sellings > permission menu from backend.
