Dear Support ,

I really like your software and I want to use it for my project now I am using trial version . I face a problem the add to cart and buy button are not working it give this message:There was an error while processing your request. Please try later. how can I resolve this message . Thanks for your help

1. Sellacious version
2. Joomla version
3. Hosting provider

Can you provide the link of your site where you are getting this error, so that we can look into it.

this error come when you click on add to cart or but now button find the image bellow of the error

Hi Gura,

Please check your squick template version. if it is not latest i.e v2.3.2, then please update, as this bug has been resolved in latest version.

And let us know if you again face the issue after updating squick template.

Thank you for your help. I find that the template is 2.3.1 but I miss link to update it . can you guide me how can I update this template

Dear Gura,

To update your template, you just need to follow few steps which are mentioned below.

1. Go to your Administration area of your site. i.e. YOUR_SITE/administrator/
2. Navigate to Update Extensions i.e. Click on "Extensions" in menu then hover on "Manage" then click on "update".
3. Click on Find Updates Button.
4. Select Squick and then click on Update Button.
5. Finish.

I finish to update the template but the problem still occur. what can I do ?

Please clear your Browser Cache as i have tested out by adding two products in the cart.

Dear Support ,

I face new error. add cart button is not bring the pop up window it's bring only the message and show cart is not showing the product after you add it to a cart . see the image below .

Hi Gura,

This bug is not from our side as multiple modules with carousel layout working fine on our sites/demos. May be this (js conflict) issue occurs due to your slider module or accordion menu module.
