Assuming that you are using one of our themes, You can go to template manager:
https://YOURSITE/administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&;view=styles

Choose the template and change logo from there. Please let us know if this works for you.

Can i have the link to your website, please? In most of our themes, It is directly manageable from the SP Page builder shipped with the template.
