Hi,

Just installed this great software and iam testing and testing it.

I've got 2 questions about payment done in sellacious.

1 lets say i dont want to receive the payments done by customers, can the shops (sellers) create their own payment checkout?
I see that paypal adaptive is in the make, but what about bank transfer for example.
Is their an option in the future is can be set by the seller seperatly?

And how is the administrative handling of the commision set then done? Can i sent an bill through email.
An invoice with all the information on it. Invoicenumber, amount, tax, product etc?

2 Let say i want the money first in my account and a seller can withdraw the money. I'm living in the netherlands.
Is their an option for IDEAL Mollie payment processor? I see other marketplace variants how already implemented IDEAL Mollie.
It would be a great benefit if i wanted to start with sellacioius live.

Kind Regards,

Langeml
Hi Langemi,

Thanks for trying out Sellacious.

1. If i understand correctly, This can be done through transactions view in Sellacious Backend, You can add a manual deposit for the particular buyer and accept payment off the system(Let's Say Cash or something)

2. Regarding commissions, This is calculated automatically as set in the Sellacious backend. It shows the balance for the particular user account. How much can be withdrawn. What are you intending to invoice?

3. Sellacious currently works on the same model. You receive the money first, Then you pay the sellers. As of now, We don't have iDeal payment integration but we can code the payment gateway for a nominal fee.

Hi,

Thx for the reaction

1) ok that's a method, but not what i meant. What i mean is that a seller can set up his own payment method at the backend (offline bank transfer --> when a customer is buying an item from this seller, then as checkout only this payment will pop up (or more if set up)
In the sop account of the seller the pre defined info must be set

2) Agreed, but when using point 1 above, none payment will go through the administrator --> an invoice of the commison must be sent to the seller so he/she can make the payment to the administrator.

3) could you give an indication of the cost (50/100/200 or more?) what are whe talking about?

Kind regards

Langeml
Hi Langemi,

1. This can be possible with little customisation. We already have Geolocation filters for payment methods. Adding a 'seller' filter would solve the issue i.e., A Payment method can be made specifically for a seller or two.

2. I see We need to make some modifications in Sellacious to make this happen.

3. This would cost same as another payment gateway (49$) if you are also purchasing platinum year (199$) plan with us. The turnaround time for plugin development would be 15 working days.

Hi ok,

Thanks for the respond. I see that in case of option 1 and 2 some modification has to be made. Perphaps a request/improvement for the future :-). Is not a great issue for now.
I see that when i want to use sellacious it's programmed/made to make payment first to the site owner en then (on request) to the sellers.

Point 3 is clear :-). It's absolutely an must here for the netherlands. If i want this, i will make an request to purchase this plugin.

Kind regards

Hi

Testing Sellacious also

Nice software.
But problem because of legal and fiscal rules in France (maybe in Europe I think).
We are not allowed to collect money on behalf of others.
So, this implies that the seller can set his payment methods, and set his own invoice template.
From what I see, the invoice template is unique, and gives the legale references of the main shop (default Seller)
Not those of the seller ?

Kind regards
Hello,

Thanks for the input. the seller can issue invoices, they can have their own invoice numbers, and all money will auto split using stripe connect split payments.

Sellacious is 100% compatible with Europe laws.
