Hello,

I have recently migrated my Sellacious site from a local host to my servers online. All seems well except when I attempt to log into the backend via https://mydomain.com/sellacious I am getting a 404 error after inputting my username and password.

I have double checked my local site and the username and password are correct.

Is there a setting within Joomla that needs tweaking in order to correctly access the back end? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

KR,
James

Hi,

It's Fixed.
Please check it was an installing issue, I just reinstalled sellacious and it's fixed.

Thanks

Hi Asfaque,

Thank you once again for your help, unfortunately, I have tried to log on to the Sellacious platform and I am still getting a 404 error. I've cleared my cache to see if this would help but to no avail, the Joomla admin panel works fine.

Could you please advise?

Thank you in advance.

James
